Coaching

The primary goal for our Transformative Executive and Life Coaching Program is to help our clients achieve their own goals. We do this by offering you the advantage of time-tested processes with their accompanying learnings and insights. Years of industry experience have also shown us that short-term, quick-fix solutions may be appropriate for superficial, temporary solutions but sustainable change is built over time by integrating in-depth understanding with focused strategies. We therefore see coaching as a tool for deep-rooted change and support this process with clearly-defined milestones, progress tracking, measurable results and effortless implementation.

Executive Coaching : Short-to-medium term engagements aimed at accelerating a leader’s growth and performance, enhancing organisational efficiency and productivity. 

Life Coaching : Co-creating a plan, process and pathways to achieve personal goals and aspirations, create fulfilling relationships and manage stressors and life challenges.

Coaching Process

Consciousness

An exploratory stage between coach and client where expectations and goals are defined and a commitment to the process is agreed upon.

Perusal

Client strengths and areas of potential improvement are identified in a pre-coaching interview. A bespoke, client-centric growth plan is finalised.

Initiative

The client initiates change by exploring new behaviours (choices and responses), within the framework of the individual growth plan. The coach will consistently work with the client to identify and assess progress and challenges.

Accomplishment

Key milestones are reviewed along the way to see if they meet the decided goals and expectations. Any further intervention if required, is introduced. The coach works with the client till the new behaviour or desired change is achieved and the client feels confident to carry on independently. The coaching process culminates with a review and feedback.
